What is Boots Customer Satisfaction Survey?
Boots Customer Satisfaction Survey is an online tool used by the company to gauge customer satisfaction. The survey is available on Boots’ website and takes around 10 minutes to complete. It is a helpful tool as it allows customers to voice their opinions on a range of topics, including product quality, delivery and customer service.
How to take the survey?
To take the Boots customer satisfaction survey, follow these steps:
- Go to http://talktoboots.com/
- Enter your unique survey code from your survey receipt.
- Then, select time of visit
- Click on the “Start” button.
- On the next page, you will be asked to select a country from which to take the survey. After clicking on a country, you will be directed to a page where you can find more information about taking the survey and selecting your language (if you are taking it in a different language than your own). If you have any questions, please email [email protected].
- After reading all of the information on the page and making sure that you understand how to take the survey, click on “Start Survey.” You will then be taken to a page where you can enter your contact information and start taking the survey.
- The survey will take around 10 minutes to complete and will ask questions about your satisfaction
Results of the survey
The satisfaction of customers of Boots is high, as reflected in the results of a recent customer satisfaction survey. Over two-thirds (69%) of respondents said that they were satisfied with their dealings with Boots, and this was largely unchanged from last year’s survey.
The top reasons given for satisfaction were that Boots provides good value for money (32%), that the service is good (26%) and that the products are of good quality (25%). Just over one in five (21%) respondents said that they were satisfied because the staff are friendly, whilst just over one in ten (12%) were satisfied because the store is clean.
