Short Information Of Taco Cabana

Taco Cabana was the first fast food chain in west Texas. The first Taco Cabana was opened by Felix Stehling on September 21st, 1978 in San Antonio, Texas. Mr. Sterling opened the first Taco Cabana with two employees who were friends of his – a cook and a dishwasher. As a regional Mexican cuisine restaurant, Taco Cabana has something for everyone at reasonable prices. Whether you want tacos or burritos, quesadillas or enchiladas, they have it all! They also offer great breakfast options like the breakfast taco and tortilla egg rolls. As a hometown restaurant, it’s no wonder that the restaurant is loved so dearly by Texans of all different walks of life. People come from all over to eat at one of their restaurants when they’re visiting their home town or even just passing through on vacation!

Guest Satisfaction with Cabana Cares

Since its inception in 2009, Cabana Cares has strived to provide a comfortable and enjoyable guest experience. To help us continue to provide the best service possible, we’ve administered a guest satisfaction survey. We wanted to share the results with you and thank you for taking the time to complete it.

Of the 301 guests who responded, 96% were satisfied with the Cabana Cares experience. In descending order of satisfaction, the top three areas where guests felt they received excellent service were: providing pool towels when requested (92%), being able to find a chair when arriving early (90%), and being greeted by name upon arrival (89%). Additionally, 76% of respondents rated their overall Cabana Cares experience as excellent or good.

The Cabana Cares Guest Satisfaction Survey was conducted in order to gather customer feedback about their recent stay. The survey consisted of 25 questions and was distributed to guests who had stayed at the Cabana within the past three months.

A majority of guests (83%) were satisfied with their stay, and 94% would recommend staying at the Cabana to a friend. The most common reasons why guests were satisfied with their stay were because the staff was friendly and the pool was clean. Guests also appreciated that the Cabana offers ample parking and has a variety of activities onsite, such as ping pong and pool tables.
