Foodtown customers are very satisfied with the quality of the food they purchase. In the survey, 96% of customers rated the quality as either excellent or very good. The only category where more than half of customers (54%) rated the quality as good was in the frozen food section. Less than half of customers (45%) rated the quality as poor in this category.
