When it comes to customer satisfaction, Caribou Coffee often falls short. Some patrons did not enjoy the coffee’s flavor or consistency, while others found that the staff was unresponsive or not helpful. One common issue? Poor communication between customers and staff.

“I have been a customer of Caribou Coffee for about 6 years now,” said one recent patron. “The last two times I’ve visited, I’ve had an incredibly poor experience. The barista was unhelpful and the coffee was terrible both times.”

In response to these complaints, Caribou Coffee recently conducted a customer satisfaction survey. Out of all of the responses, poor communication was by far the most commonly cited issue. “We want our customers to feel comfortable telling us what isn’t working for them,” said Connie Chen, Marketing Manager at Caribou Coffee. “That’s why we’re constantly working on improving our customer service.”
