Applebee’s Guest Experience Survey results show that guests appreciate the chain’s affordable food and drink options. In fact, almost two-thirds (63%) of guests say that Applebee’s is a great place to go for a quick meal. Just over one-third (34%) of guests say that the food is average, and only 6% say that the food at Applebee’s is poor.

When it comes to atmosphere, guests overwhelmingly rate Applebee’s as good. Nearly three-quarters (74%) of guests say that the atmosphere is great, and just over one-quarter (27%) say that it’s average. Only 3% of guests rate the atmosphere as poor.

In addition, nearly half (47%) of guests say that the staff is great at Applebee’s, while just under one-quarter (23%) say that they are average and just under one-fifth (18%) say they are poor.

Guests also appreciate the value they get at Applebee’s. Almost two-thirds (64%) of guests say that the prices are great, while just over one-third.
