A few areas where customers felt could use improvement were that more attention could be paid to hygiene (31%), that more time could be spent making sure dishes were properly garnished (29%), and that more promotions could be offered (27%). While these findings may not seem too concerning, they do suggest that there is room for improvement in areas which could make guests happier.
